点评：Absolutely awful customer service. They don’t have a HR and there is discrimination at every level here!
The manager ‘Seher’ isn’t fit enough to be a manager as she has no empathy or understanding towards children with disabilities.
Recently a child with special needs attended Inflato and does so regularly with his carers and she refers to him in a very derogatory manner. It’s absolutely disgusting! Lacking basic understanding of special needs. Power has certainly got to her head where she feels if she doesn’t get her way she’ll sack her employees.
Employees are screamed at and sacked for matters outside their control (employees are children themselves)
I’ve contacted the owner to raise my concerns but he has provided a HR email which bounces back!
For a place that is suppose to serve families I feel it lacks any values within managerial level!
