I contacted Mensis Spa almost at midnight to make a reservation for the following day, when my mother and I were arriving in Kuşadası on an MSC cruise. To my surprise, they replied immediately, confirmed the exact time we wanted and sent us clear directions on how to get there. Everything was smooth and professional from the very first message.
I wanted to surprise my mother, and afterwards she told me it really felt like one.
The spa is intimate, tasteful and very relaxing, located inside a hotel. The gentleman at reception was extremely kind, welcoming and professional.
But the biggest WOW for both of us was the professionalism and skill of the two massage therapists. They were excellent. You can really feel that they know what they are doing, and we both left completely relaxed.
We chose the Sultan Package, which included the Turkish bath experience and a 60-minute massage, and we were very happy with our choice.
Our stay in Kuşadası was only a few hours, but Mensis Spa turned it into one of the most relaxing and memorable stops of our cruise.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially to the two wonderful massage therapists who took care of us.
Highly recommended, especially for cruise passengers looking for a quality hammam and massage experience in Kuşadası. I would gladly return.
