Don’t eat here if you are Vegan

点评：Appalling service in the cafe.
My wife ordered me a vegan chilli with jacket potato. She was told at the till that all the chilli’s are vegan as she asked about a meat one for herself.
She was also told it would be about a 20 minute wait. Fair enough.
After 40 minutes it seemed like we had been forgotten as we noticed someone getting served that had arrived much later than us.
Asked a member of staff about this who went to the kitchen came back saying they were plating up.
Several minutes later the waitress returned with one dish , my chilli non carne.
I started to eat then a few minutes later she returns saying it’s not vegan.
Obviously I was angry and was in shock. I left the cafe as I felt sick and was very angry.
This is a lifestyle choice for me and you took that away from me today. Accident or not I am staggered by your staffs incompetence and lack of care.
The only saving grace for me is that I am not allergic to dairy/meat I choose not to. Something I may add I have chosen for well over 30 years of my life.
I am beyond annoyed at this cafe and will never return.
Apparently my wife has spoken to management who have escalated it further.

我当时又气又恼。我感觉恶心，非常生气，就离开了咖啡馆。
这是我的一种生活方式选择，而你们今天却剥夺了我的这种选择。不管是不是意外，你们员工的无能和冷漠都让我感到震惊。
唯一值得庆幸的是，我对乳制品/肉类并不过敏，而我选择不吃这些。而且，我选择不吃这些已经超过30年了。
我对这家咖啡馆非常失望，以后绝不会再来了。
