点评：We had such a fantastic experience at Rock Up, and a huge thank you to Skye for being absolutely amazing with my kids!
They were quite scared and nervous at first, but Skye was incredibly patient, kind and reassuring. She took the time to encourage them, build their confidence and make sure they felt safe and comfortable. Her support made such a huge difference, and before long they were enjoying themselves and giving things a go that they initially thought they couldn’t do!
It was so lovely to see someone take such genuine care and go the extra mile to help the kids overcome their fears. Skye was friendly, professional and fantastic at what she does.
A massive thank you to Skye — you really made the experience special for our family! Rock Up are very lucky to have someone like you on their team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
