Quirky rural retreat that would benefit from tlc

点评：We stayed in the church on site which was situated in the arboretum. The church creates an immediate impact, with it been quirky inside and out. The inside had a rustic feel that goes with the character of the place, so don't expect modern materials as a lot of the panelling etc is recycled from elsewhere. The setting is enchanting as is the arboretum, with great vistas through the woodland to enjoy while you are sat on the rear outdoor seating area.
But on the flip side there are a few things that need attention to really make the place as good as it promises. The cushions on the 2 sofas need replacing as they have lost shape and are uncomfortable. The shower attached to the tap on the bath doesn't work, so washing hair is an issue. Finally the place could do with a thorough dust to remove cob webs and dirt on the windows. A bit of extra time cleaning thoroughly periodically would sort the issue.
