点评：Sad to have to post a negative review, but here I am.
I booked a half day sunrise tour of Angkor Wat with a female Tuk Tuk driver. Paid and got confirmation of payment to my email address . Realised the morning before my tour was due to happen that I hadn’t received any further communication including expected pick up time from my hotel.
I emailed the info email address to ask what time I would be collected. When I hadn’t heard back by 5pm that evening I emailed again, with no response.
Giving the benefit of the doubt that they were busy so maybe hadn’t seen my email, I got up early the next day, and waited at the hotel lobby/entrance from 4am to 5am in the hope that my driver and guide would arrive… but nothing.
I was so disappointed, this was the only morning I would have been able to be at Angkor Wat for sunrise, and there were a couple of other temples on the tour I wanted to see, which I’ve now missed out on. Thankfully I was still able to fit in a visit to Angkor Wat.
I’ve since emailed again to request a refund but have had no reply - I chose Chamback as they appeared professional , and as a solo female traveller I liked the option of having my Tuk Tuk driver be female also.
Sadly I would not recommend this company given my experience.
