Vieques UTV Rental的点评
点评：I do not recommend this place. While the golf cart rental itself was fine, the customer service was so off-putting that I would not use them again.
The staff were apathetic and even somewhat rude every time we interacted with them, even in Spanish during check-in, vehicle orientation and returning the cart.
They advertise on their website free shuttle services, but when we asked to use it for our group, they said it was only for drivers who made the cart reservation, not passengers.
Quote from their site: “We offer complimentary transportation from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (local time) to/from the airport, the pier, and our facilities.”
If you don’t actually offer shuttle services, you need to explain in the check out process.
They said their van holds 15 people but could not accommodate our group of 5 in case others retuned. There was another group of 4 there that was also left stranded from this policy. They totally could’ve fit all of us and driven us down and returned back to grab any newcomers, they obviously just didn’t want to be bothered.
If you treat customers like a burden or an annoyance, you shouldn’t be in the hospitality or tourism industry. Period.
Instead of a nice tip from a shuttle ride and great service, they are now getting a negative review.
