Great service by Dishal, comfortable experience, beautiful selection without being gaudy

点评：Dishal helped me and my wife, and we ended up selecting a beautiful diamond bracelet for her, plus a chevron-patterned replacement wedding band for me. I liked that they had several interesting bands, such as nugget-style accents and hammered finishes, not just traditional solid styles.
Dishal was an excellent salesman. He was very complimentary, listened well, and offered many options in our preferred styles at various price points. He wasn’t overly pushy either - we left and got lunch after speaking with him for about 30 minutes initially, he gave us plenty of space to consider our options, and he was nothing but polite and cordial even when it looked like he might not get a sale. We were happy to come back and buy from him after we’d had a chance to mull it over. Although we had to leave quickly to catch our taxi, he still made sure to clean my wife’s engagement ring to a glittering finish as an extra courtesy before we left.
The store itself was heavily air conditioned, so we were comfortable inside even at noon when it was 80+ degrees outside. Like with most jewelry stores in the area, we were offered drinks (champagne, beer, and the ever-present rum punch), but didn’t partake, so I won’t comment on their bar service :-)
