点评：Ok - mediocre, not so much a guided tour as a self-guided walk around a factory that has a museum element to it. The museum is educational but small, on some days you can watch the chocolatiers at work through glass. You must book in advance. There is a short tasting experience at the end, which takes place within the gift shop so it feels very much like a pre-cursor to buying the chocolate. The staff are pleasant and spoken languages are diverse and most of the materials are translated into Spanish and English too. Some knowledge of French is helpful. At 8 euros per person it's not hugely expensive but please factor in the cost of the chocolate in the shop after you finish the tasting. Although not obligatory it is probably part of the visit for most families. The whole thing takes about 90 mins in total. The museum itself could do with modernisation - the video shown was old, not much is interactive (quiz at end) and you don't get to hear from the chocolatiers at all which feels like a missed opportunity - even a pre-recorded interview a few times en route would be good. All that said the chocolate is delicious.
