Vasques De Carvalho的点评
点评：Whilst we definitely had intended to do a Port tasting as part of our friends special birthday trip to Porto, there is so much to see and do in Porto that we almost missed it.
If that had happened it would have been a terrible shame because the tasting at Vasques d’Carvalho, under the superb tutelage of Bruno was definitely the highlight of our trip.
We had originally planned to visit one of the bigger known brand houses, but as it was getting dark we chanced upon this place as a group was leaving- having clearly enjoyed their experience! 😂
We thought we’d “take a chance” and were allocated to Bruno who explained the history of Vasques and how they had been making, keeping and storing port for over 100 years.
We opted for the introductory “flight” of four different ports, but immediately Bruno added a fifth at no extra cost so we could sample their full array. We started with a white, then a rose, next a ruby, before moving on to the tawny, a young lbv, before a 10 year old.
All of the ports were magnificent and each one in term became our “favourite” 😂 especially our ladies who “didn’t like Port” previously! 😂😂
Bruno then realising it was a special birthday produced something to match which was extremely well received.
A fitting end to a wonderful evening and we all left the premises having made additional purchases.
I would fully recommend a visit to Vasques d’ Carvalho as part of any trip to Porto… ask for Bruno! 🤗

我们决定“碰碰运气”，于是被安排给了Bruno。他为我们讲解了Vasques酒庄的历史，以及他们一百多年来酿造、保存和储存波特酒的工艺。
我们选择了包含四种不同波特酒的入门“品鉴套餐”，但Bruno立刻又免费加了第五种，让我们有机会品尝到他们所有的波特酒。我们先品尝了一款白葡萄酒，然后是桃红葡萄酒，接着是红宝石葡萄酒，之后是茶色波特酒，一款年轻的晚装瓶波特酒，最后是10年陈酿。
所有波特酒都非常棒，每一款都成了我们的“最爱”😂 尤其是我们那些之前“不喜欢波特酒”的女士们！😂😂
布鲁诺意识到这是一个特别的生日，于是特意准备了一款与之相配的酒，大家都非常满意。
这真是一个美好的夜晚，我们离开时都还买了一些其他的酒。
我强烈推荐大家在波尔图之旅中一定要去Vasques d’Carvalho酒庄……记得找布鲁诺哦！🤗
