What a GREAT way to sell wine!!!

点评：We did not have reservations and we’re a little trepidation about our welcome. There were two other groups who obviously had made reservations. One was a party at four, the second a couple from I thought I overheard Iowa(?). We were seated and brought a tasting menu like no other and that it included “small dishes”. I wondered how much this was going to cost, but was too happy to be included to let cost to determine my enjoyment. Each wine was wonderful, but particularly so paired with the small dishes. Emily was so gracious and interesting in her presentation of both the foods being served and most of all the wine. We are Californians and know our wines, but what a treat to have her love of the vineyard show through. We were introduced to Robbie, who was the other individual helping the group of four, as we rung up a bottle purchase. Wines were at the upper end of what we spend per bottle, however, there was no question that the entire experience was worth the red wine that we bought. it was given to the couple that take care of our cat in our absence , certainly an honor as we don’t often check a bag when we fly, but because of the Caprio cellars bottle and one other, we made an exception. P.S. They liked it a lot
翻译：我们没有预订，所以有点担心会不会受到热情接待。另外两组客人显然都预订了。一组是四人小聚，另一组是一对夫妇，我好像听到他们说来自爱荷华州（？）。我们入座后，服务员送来了一份别具一格的品鉴菜单，里面包含“小食”。我当时很好奇这要多少钱，但能享受到这样的待遇，我实在太开心了，根本没让价格影响我的体验。每款酒都很棒，尤其是搭配小食，更是相得益彰。艾米丽热情周到，对菜肴和葡萄酒的介绍都妙趣横生。我们是加州人，对葡萄酒也颇有研究，但能感受到她对葡萄园的热爱，真是令人惊喜。结账时，我们认识了罗比，他也是接待我们四人小聚的服务员。酒的价格在我们平时消费的范围内算是比较高的，但毫无疑问，这次体验绝对物超所值。这瓶酒送给了在我们不在家时照顾我们猫咪的那对夫妇，这当然是一种荣幸，因为我们通常坐飞机时不会托运行李，但因为里面有一瓶卡普里奥酒窖的酒，还有另一瓶，所以我们破例了。附：他们非常喜欢。
