Ramblas Golf Course的点评
点评：We arrived at the course in plenty of time and it was raining we went to the caddy master to check in they advised me that our buggies were not booked I showed them my booking and after a few minutes backwards and forwards they gave us the buggies, not a great start.
It was still raining when we started the round but after a few holes the rain was monsoon standard, the greens were under two inches of water and the rain was running down the fairways like a river. At no time did the club call in the golfers for health and safety reasons they all came in as the buggy paths were becoming dangerous as mud and debris was washing across them onto the course.
When we got back to the clubhouse golfers were arriving from all directions.
I think that the course should have called everyone in and offered them either a refund or a rain check. A rain check would have been no use to my group as we were playing every day of the trip.
I have been playing golf for many years and the course was unplayable and dangerous. I suppose they would rather take your money than do the right thing as they get bookings from all over Europe and from companies in the UK they will always be busy.
We play abroad every year and this will definitely be the last time we play Las Ramblas I will be sure to let the other clubs and societies that I am in contact with to avoid it.
I would have taken some pictures of the course but my phone was wrapped in plastic in my bag as the rain was so bad.
