Terrible Experience – Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Disappointing

点评：We booked this excursion expecting a fun day of snorkelling on a beautiful island, but it turned out to be the worst tour we’ve ever been on.
The transportation was completely dodgy — an old, filthy truck with no working seatbelts. It felt unsafe from the start. Our “guide” then tried to change the itinerary, insisting we signed up for sandboarding instead of snorkelling then claimed there was not enough time to complete the assigned itinerary because of the tides. Only after we argued that snorkelling was what we paid for (and showed him proof through our email) did he reluctantly agree to stick to the plan.
Once on the island, things got worse. He drove like a maniac for the 30-minute + trip to the lighthouse and back, with no concern for the passengers being thrown around in the back of the truck and struggling to stay on the seats. To top it off, he forgot the keys to the trailer that held all the snorkelling gear, and one of us had to crawl through a small gap to get the equipment out.
The snorkelling gear itself was disgusting — rusty, dirty, and clearly not cleaned between users. The mask straps were broken and the spares available were rusty, so we couldn’t even snorkel in the end.
Lunch was equally disappointing: a small ham and salad roll with an apple, eaten off the tailgate of the same rusty trailer.
The island itself was stunning, but the tour was unsafe, disorganised, and a complete waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs — it’s not worth the risk or the disappointment.

午餐同样令人失望：一个小小的火腿沙拉卷配一个苹果，就在那辆生锈拖车的后挡板上吃的。
岛屿本身景色优美，但这次旅行既不安全，又组织混乱，完全是浪费钱。千万不要选择这家公司——不值得冒这个险，也不会让你失望。
