点评：We sailed with Captain Bill in late December, just before Christmas, and it was by far the best thing we did in Puerto Rico. Bill is an expert at his craft, and just an all around great guy. I don't write reviews usually, but I was inspired to by the care Bill took to make our experience truly memorable.
Initially we were looking at a group excursion to Culebra island leaving from Ceiba, but had a sneaking suspicion it was a "cattle boat" type experience. Stumbled upon Captain Bill's site/ directed there by a friend, and what a godsend. When I first dialed the number, Bill stayed on the line and explained all the options to get to Culebra island and the probability of us making it (we had no idea the ferry sold out every day, and were booking last minute). He was not even going to go out the day we selected to go, but was nice enough to move around his schedule to accommodate us.
After following Bill's detailed instructions, made the ferry and got to Culebra early enough to make our way for sunrise at Flamengo Beach. Bill was there to greet us shortly thereafter, and took us to the Catamaran. We sailed over to Culebrita Island, swam with the local shark, hiked up to the Lighthouse, and then had a tasty lunch of fresh caught Mahi cooked to perfection by Bill. The snorkeling was some of the best I experienced, and the natural beauty was striking. Bill knew every bay, cove, and path around the island, he's been doing this for a few years. I have no doubt that Bill could have gotten us safely through the perfect storm, but fortunately the water was just perfect.
I cannot say enough good things about Bill and the experience we had that day around Culebrita Island. I could not imagine a more idyllic day in PR, do not miss out on this experience... Bonus to the trip: the extra crew members, Bill's cute rescue dogs that will sail with you if you are lucky!

按照比尔的详细指示，我们搭乘渡轮，早早抵达库莱布拉岛，赶上了弗拉门戈海滩的日出。比尔很快就在那里迎接我们，并带我们上了双体船。我们驶向库莱布里塔岛，与当地的鲨鱼一起游泳，徒步登上灯塔，然后享用了比尔精心烹制的美味午餐——新鲜捕获的鲯鳅鱼。浮潜体验是我经历过的最棒的之一，自然风光令人叹为观止。比尔对岛上的每一个海湾、小海和小径都了如指掌，他从事这项工作已经好几年了。我毫不怀疑，即使遇到暴风雨，比尔也能安全地带我们度过难关，但幸运的是，当时的海水状况极佳。
