Bad service and very poor aftercare

点评：We booked the Sugarloaf Caravan park for 3 nights. Advised the agent that we are coming with a caravan/ campervan. When we arrived at the campsite, it was not well maintained and very overgrown. From 4 abolution blocks, only 1 had water, which we couldn't reach as the path to that section was so overgrown that we scratched our camper.
Furthermore, as there were only 2 other couples, it didn't feel safe at all. We decided to leave after one night as we felt unsafe and just not welcomed (nevermind that there was no water during the day in any of the abolution blocks. You basically couldn't use the fascilities at the campsites.
I mentioned this to the Ezemvelo office on the next day as well as to St Lucia SA and I am still (6 weeks later) waiting for a refund for the nights that we didn't stay.
As the agent, the standard of the campsites that they are promoting should be known and taking into consideration before offering it to guests.
