点评：I booked a trip here thinking “Nordic paradise.” What I got instead was wet sheep, miserable skies, and locals who treat whale slaughter like it’s a national sport.
The Grindadráp Experience™: Imagine a family-friendly beach day, except the sand is covered in blood, the water is red, and the kids are crying because they thought whales were supposed to be magical, not chopped into pieces. The locals call it “tradition.” I call it “trauma with a side of fish guts.”
Scenery: Yes, there are cliffs. You know where else has cliffs? Places with sunlight, food that isn’t blubber, and people who don’t look at you like you’re ruining their fun by not joining in the whale massacre.
Food: Ever wanted to chew on rubber dipped in salt? Try their “traditional” dishes. Just don’t ask what’s in it — the answer is always worse than you think.
Weather: Cold. Wet. Windy. Repeat until you question why you didn’t just go to literally anywhere else in Scandinavia.
Highlight of the Trip: The ferry leaving.
Would I Recommend?
Only if you hate sunshine, enjoy watching whales die, and dream of telling your friends, “Yeah, that red beach photo wasn’t a filter.” Otherwise, avoid like the plague.
