Good initial experience but a let down after the fact

点评：So our pottery experience was great, good choice of things to paint, everything labelled with costs. Materials great too, and accomodating for kids too with the messes created but we were told our pottery would be ready to collect a week on. I went in to collect, it was delayed apparently and apparently they were going to call me…. But they didn’t. I was asked if I booked an appointment to collect- I had no idea this was a thing- noone told me we had to do this. I was told to come in today to collect but that I’d receive a call first. Haven’t heard a thing all day. The attitude of the young girl was quite suprising, she basically implied at first it was my fault for not booking to collect and after five minutes of explaining the delays and how they weren’t expecting me, added a minor apology on the end. Honestly its a shame as the actual painting experience was so good & the ladies working that day but its let down by the lack of communication or follow up!
I’ll return to collect my daughter and nieces pottery and ours but I won’t be going again for the experience, there is better care at other premises.

我会回去取我女儿和侄女的陶器以及我们自己的，但我不会再去体验了，其他地方的服务更好。
