Shockingly Disappointing – I Left in Tears

点评：I had such a terrible experience here that I feel compelled to warn others. I booked a pottery baby-prints session expecting a friendly, memorable experience for my third daughter’s keepsakes. Instead, from the moment we walked in, the staff member was rude, didn’t even greet us, and the whole interaction felt abrupt and unfriendly.
I paid £84 for two baubles, a plate and a cat my daughter painted, which is not cheap. When I returned to collect them, I was so disappointed I actually cried.
• The writing on the baubles was smudged and the design wasn’t what I requested.
• The plate looked messy, scribbled over and far too busy, nothing like a thoughtful keepsake.
I waited around an hour just to speak to the owner, who was defensive from the start and repeatedly told me I could just have a refund. That’s not what I wanted, these items were sentimental keepsakes, and they were clearly not handled with care.
Eventually we redid the prints. When I went back again to collect the replacements:
• The plate was improved, though still smudged
• Both baubles were damaged, and I was told “that’s just what happens” which is unbelievable considering the cost and the fact these are meant to be treasured memories.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for baby prints or sentimental pottery.
For comparison, I had my older daughters’ prints done over the years by Popolo in Weybridge by Zoe, who was fantastic every single time. Unfortunately she moved away, so I had to look elsewhere. I’m gutted I ended up here instead.
Save yourself the stress, look elsewhere.
