点评：Mr. Singh is a kind and helpful person, and the driver Vishal drives very well. So I regret I have to write a negative review for our week-long tour in Himachal Pradesh, as the service was not good. The first day the driver arrived 45 minutes late, with a very dirty and smelly car. He didn’t speak a word of English (contrary to what Mr. Singh had assured us) and we had to communicate with him through Google Translate, which resulted in a lot of time wasted and misunderstandings. He didn’t even know the tourist spots: we had to search for them ourselves with Google Maps and send him the locations.
One day we had planned to leave at 7 in the morning because the journey was very long: the driver did not inquire about the parking hours, so we found out only that morning that the parking would open at 9 and we had to walk around for two hours before we could leave.
On the last day we had to take a train: the driver did not come to pick us up and, only after calling Mr. Singh, we discovered that he was waiting for us in a parking lot (contrary to what we had agreed). He arrived late, took the wrong road and we risked missing the train. Furthermore, when we arrived in a very cold mountain location, he asked us to pay him two nights in our guesthouse otherwise he would have slept in the cold in the car. Obviously we could not say no. In the end the guesthouse also presented us the bill for meals and snacks he had taken.
