点评：From the moment we first contacted Jun until the very last time he dropped us off, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough.
Even before we landed in Bali, Jun was incredibly responsive and helpful. We sent him our rough itinerary and ideas for day trips, and he provided thoughtful suggestions, honest feedback, and very clear pricing that was incredible affordable.
Once we arrived, we quickly realized Jun was so much more than a driver. He became our private tour guide, translator, negotiator, photographer, local expert, and friend. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure our family had the best possible experience. Whatever we needed, he was there with a smile, a joke, and an incredibly positive attitude.
One of our favorite parts of traveling with Jun was getting to know him personally. He wasn’t just driving us from place to place—he genuinely engaged in conversation, asked about our lives back home, and shared fascinating insights into Balinese culture, traditions, and daily life that we never would have learned on our own. My family genuinely missed him in the few days he was not with us.
His local knowledge was invaluable. He suggested changes to our itinerary and activity bookings based on his extensive experience as a driver and guide, and every recommendation made our trip even better. At no point did we ever feel pressured to book anything extra or spend more money. His advice was always based on what would genuinely give us the best experience, not on making a sale.
