What a waste of money . No magic or atmosphere

点评：Having visited here at Christmas 3 years we booked again for this year. Im afraid it wasn’t the experience we had back then.
We arrived on the platform no Christmas music playing or elf greeting us last time . Got on the steam train . No magical animal light display. Reached the top to a sign “north pole”
Got told it was for Christmas work parties . I asked where the ice rink was . He said in thats arriving next week. Much to our disappointment. Went to the cafe for a drink to shelter from the rain . Coffee machine wasn’t working . Asked for 4 hot chocolates . I can only describe the tasted of dish water . I could hear our train conductor complaining about another family saying they were asking why it’s changed from a few years ago. Not very professional!!
We then waited for the “ show”. Greeted with disgusting apple juice . Mrs Claus and Santa were very believable. But singing songs and reading a book I wouldn’t class as a show .
We feel completely ripped off by the whole experience. There was no magic or atmosphere ! Please don’t bother booking .

我们到达站台时，没有播放圣诞音乐，也没有上次来时的小精灵迎接我们。我们上了蒸汽火车，也没有看到神奇的动物灯光秀。火车到达顶端，看到一个写着“北极”的牌子。
工作人员告诉我们这里是为圣诞节公司聚会准备的。我问溜冰场在哪里，他说下周才开放。我们非常失望。为了躲雨，我们去了咖啡馆喝点东西。结果咖啡机坏了。我们点了四杯热巧克力，味道简直像洗碗水。我听到列车员抱怨另一家人问为什么和几年前不一样了。真是太不专业了！
然后我们等着看“表演”。结果端上来的是难以下咽的苹果汁。圣诞奶奶和圣诞老人倒是挺像真的，但唱歌和读故事书根本算不上表演。
