点评：I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel the hygiene standards here need to be addressed, particularly as this is a space intended for babies and toddlers.
The concept itself is lovely: a café where parents can sit nearby with a coffee while their children play. Unfortunately, the condition of the play area was extremely disappointing.
The toys appeared very dirty and looked as though they had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. Some were so worn and grubby that they looked more like items that had been left outside than toys being used in a children’s play environment.
I was also concerned by the bin positioned directly beside the toys. It was visibly dirty, smelled unpleasant, had no visible bin liner and had residue inside. In an area where very young children are crawling, touching toys and frequently putting their hands in their mouths, this is not an acceptable standard of hygiene.
The flooring was another major concern. The carpets were visibly stained and dirty, yet babies and toddlers have to crawl across them to move between different parts of the play area. Adult tables are positioned in the same space, meaning people wearing outdoor shoes are also walking across the carpets that babies are expected to crawl and play on. For a facility aimed at very young children, I find that particularly unhygienic.If this was me , I would consider the small space and the need for tables and I would allocate some sort of shoe Rack at the entrance of the cafe and made it a rule to take shoes of ( atleast ) .
The chairs were also heavily stained, worn and generally looked unclean.
What concerns me most is that these are not minor cosmetic issues. When a business provides a play area specifically for babies and toddlers, cleanliness should be one of the highest priorities.
The idea has a lot of potential, but the hygiene standards need serious attention. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, arranges a thorough deep clean and reviews how often the toys, carpets, furniture, bins and surrounding areas are cleaned and maintained because at the end of the day this isn’t just buissness , the children could get sick.
Based on what I saw during my visit, I would not feel comfortable allowing my child to play there again unless noticeable improvements were made.
