Vinh Vo Cooking Class的点评
点评：We booked this experience for my partner and our son the day before, and the whole process was incredibly easy. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the local Ban Le market, where we met our wonderful guide, Won. She joked that we should remember her as "the one guide you won with!" and instantly made everyone feel welcome. Won showed us around the market, explaining local ingredients, including the famous Hoi An chilli sauce, which ai highly recommend purchasing whilst you’re in Hoi An because it's surprisingly hard to find elsewhere in Vietnam. The market itself was fascinating and so full of life.
Next, we headed to the Eco Cooking Hub, where we enjoyed the coconut basket boat ride. If you're feeling adventurous, you can pay an extra 500,000 VND to have the boat spun around! We skipped it, but it looked like a lot of fun. We also tried our hand at catching crabs, with a few people having more success than us hahaaaa.
The cooking class was the highlight. We made five delicious dishes, including rice paper rolls, Vietnamese pancakes (I spectacularly dropped mine on the floor trying to flip it!), Pho Ga, fish soup, papaya salad. We. Were. Stuffed. Everything was fresh, fun and absolutely delicious.
The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and we were driven back to our hotel afterwards. For what we paid, the experience was exceptional value. I honestly felt like we were getting far more than we paid for.
I can't recommend this experience highly enough. If you do it, please consider tipping the staff, they work incredibly hard and truly make the day so special.

烹饪课是最精彩的环节。我们做了五道美味的菜肴：米纸卷、越南煎饼（我试图翻面时把我的那块搞掉地上了！）、鸡肉河粉、鱼汤以及木瓜沙拉。我们吃得肚子撑得不行。所有食材都很新鲜，整个过程也充满乐趣，食物更是美味至极。
工作人员热情友善，课后还开车送我们回酒店。以我们所付的价钱而言，这次体验绝对物超所值。说实话，我觉得我们所获得的体验远远超出了所付的价钱。
我极力推荐这次体验。如果您也去参加，请务必给工作人员一些小费吧——他们工作极其努力，正是他们的付出让这一天变得如此特别。
