点评：I recently booked a Shimla, Kullu, Manali, and Rohtang Pass trip with Himachal Car Rental Service, and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience!
I had come across some older reviews and was slightly hesitant at first, but it is clear that the company has truly evolved and learned from past experiences. Their approach and customer service have noticeably improved for the better.
From the very beginning, Mr. Pankaj crafted a fantastic, well-paced itinerary that covered all the highlights seamlessly. On the road, our driver Mr. Kamal Sharma was simply outstanding. He is exceptionally humble, kind, and supportive. He never hesitated when we asked for multiple photo breaks and constantly guided us through all the places we visited, making us feel completely safe and cared for throughout the journey.
On a side note, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but we sometimes forget that customer service is a two-way street. Traveling smoothly relies on mutual respect and understanding.
Huge respect and thanks to Mr. Pankaj, Mr. Kamal Sharma, and the entire team for making our family trip so memorable. Highly recommended!
