A 12-Day Swiss Winter Journey with MySwissPanorama

点评：We had an amazing time with MySwissPanorama and would absolutely recommend them. The whole trip was very well organized, and whenever the weather forced changes, the team handled everything smoothly so we never felt stressed or disappointed. A few of those last-minute changes actually ended up making the trip even better, and this turned into the best vacation we have ever taken.
One moment really stood out. A helicopter flight was cancelled early in the trip because of bad weather, and we thought that was the end of it. Instead, MySwissPanorama kept working quietly in the background and managed to fit it in later. When it finally happened, it became the highlight of our entire vacation and showed how committed they are to their guests.
Our guides were a huge part of what made this trip so special. On Day 1, Claudia Meile made us feel comfortable right away and gave us a great introduction to Switzerland with her warm personality, organization, and local knowledge. On Day 2, Elia Fries brought a fun and personal energy, including arranging a moment where my wife drove a tractor and used a forklift to pour water into a glass with the bottle tied to it. It was unexpected, funny, and something we will always remember.
From Day 3 through the rest of the journey, we were with Julian Perrenoud, who guided us with calm professionalism and real care. At one point, we realized my wife’s passport was still in the hotel safe. Julian just told us to relax and enjoy a café while he took the train back to get it, and he returned without disrupting our day. At the end of the trip, he also gave us a copy of his book, which was a very thoughtful and personal gesture.
This trip was special not only because of the beautiful places we visited but also because of how everything was handled and the people who were with us along the way. We are very grateful to MySwissPanorama, and to Claudia, Elia, and Julian, for sharing Switzerland with us in such a genuine and memorable way.
