Very Poor Customer Service - Would not recommend

点评：Very disappointing customer service
We booked airport transfers with this company and, although our journey to Greece was booked for 12:00, our driver was 15 minutes late and arrived at 12:15.
For our return journey, we had booked an 11:00 pick-up from our hotel. As we had not received a text confirmation to say that the driver was on the way, like we had received on our journey to Greece, I called to simply check that everything was on schedule.
Unfortunately, what should have been a very straightforward question turned into a very unpleasant experience, as I was shouted at over the phone. As a customer, I found this completely unacceptable. There was no reason for me to be spoken to in that manner when I was simply trying to confirm that our transfer was on its way.
The actual issue could have been resolved with a simple and polite response, but the way I was spoken to left a very poor impression.
Based on this experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend their services to other holidaymakers.
