点评：Such a heart warming and friendly place where you can enjoy watching the world go by. My daughters love to visit during school holidays for a milkshake and learn about the fascinating history of Rothwell, view the amazing artworks (including photography, ceramics, jewellery, painting and various other mixed media) in the Janet Bassett Art gallery and also love immersing themselves in the film, music and theatre world of Rothwell born actor, Jim Dale (who has a permanent exhibition upstairs). This has been put together by his brother, Mick and covers everything from his career in the ‘Carry on Films’ through to Broadway and the West End and Harry Potter! All of this is completely free to view or you can make a donation. Such a great morning/afternoon for both adults and children. The outdoor garden is also lovely during the summer months…well done to all the volunteers, you’re doing a brilliant job!
