点评：Challenging but enjoyable treetop session
We attended a 9am session on Thursday 16 April. After making payment, I received an email with the waiver to complete beforehand. Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me, and trying again on a computer at the venue also didn’t work. The only way I was able to sign the waiver was by using the QR code on arrival.
We were advised that all belongings needed to be left in the car, with only car keys allowed to be carried in a pocket or left at reception. I did keep my iPhone in my pocket, but I found I couldn’t really use it during the courses, except briefly once I had finished a course.
There is water available from a tap near the climbing equipment. The toilets are located back at reception, which is approximately 100 metres away.
After being fitted with equipment, we listened to a safety talk and completed a practice run. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made the process easy to follow.
I first completed the beginner green course with family and then moved on to the purple course on my own to further familiarise myself with the equipment and get a feel for the experience. It was challenging, and after completing two courses I felt fatigue starting to set in, which for me was a good point to finish.
Overall, a well-run and enjoyable experience, with friendly staff and a good introduction to the courses.
