点评:It feels a little strange writing a review and giving a star rating to somewhere like this, but I think it’s important to acknowledge what a beautiful tribute this place is.
The memorial fountains are incredibly moving and provide such a beautiful place to remember those who lost their lives. The museum itself is extremely informative, thoughtfully put together and, at times, very difficult to take in.
One particular space that really stayed with me was the Inner Chamber within the In Memoriam exhibition. Sitting on the benches, with the glass floor beneath you and recordings of loved ones sharing memories of those they lost, was incredibly emotional. It genuinely brought me to tears.
It’s difficult to put the experience into words, but I think everyone visiting New York should make time for it. A truly moving tribute, and something I won’t forget.
