2 bleeding legs and not a FIRST AID KIT ON BOARD???

点评：They took us to a very shallow area to snorkel. Both of my legs got badly bashed in the rock formations I did not see in time because I was so worried about the undertow that kept pulling me away from the boat. 3 of us had to be rescued. When I got back in the boat both of my legs were bleeding and they did not have an emergency kit on the boat. The man who rescued me said," I get cuts all the time," and showed me his cuts. like that was supposed to make me feel better. I was battered and bruised and no apology was given for the lack of care and attention. Ralph the booking agent did ask if I needed medical attention when I finally got back to shore but that was provided by the resort NOT the excursion company. I reported it to front desk and the nexus agent said had I checked with him they DO NOT RECOMMEND Jack Sparrow because of their lack of safety standards. Unfortunately We did not do our homework and you get what you pay for. The front desk has nothing to do with this company. Although Jack Sparrow has his name in a huge sign on a wall going down into the ocean area. My hope is that they get a necessary emergency kit on the boats just before they mess up someone else's experiences. I did like the whale watching and the information on whales too.
