点评：We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Galapagos Insiders to plan our family trip to the Galápagos and Quito. Traveling with two teenagers can sometimes be a challenge, but every detail was handled so thoughtfully that the entire journey felt seamless from start to finish.
From our very first inquiry, the agency’s responsiveness and customer service were outstanding. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, and we always felt like a top priority. Due to a work commitment, I had to change my domestic fight to the Galapagos a few times and this was always handled by Galapagos Insiders without any drama.
Our six-day stay aboard the Galapagos Sea Star yacht was truly the highlight of the trip. The crew members were exceptional - warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our experience unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and accommodate our needs. Our naturalist was extremely knowledgeable of the islands. Every excursion felt special, and her enthusiasm made a lasting impression on all of us.
From the beautifully organized itinerary to the smooth transitions between destinations, everything exceeded our expectations. Quito was equally memorable, with an informative day tour that gave us a rich and authentic experience of the city.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for our family, and we are so grateful for the care and expertise that made it so special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone looking for a truly exceptional travel experience.
