点评：I booked a wine tasting experience with this company through Travelocity. On the listing it stated that they would arrange for transfer from Catania. After booking I reached out to arrange for transfer.
Of note, the Travelocity policy the experience can be cancelled up to 24h before it starts.
I emailed and sent WhatsApp messages after booking and about 30h before the experience to arrange the transfer.
They did not provide the detail that a transfer would cost almost 500 euros until two minutes before the close of the cancellation window, and I was unable to cancel through Travelocity.
They then refused to cancel the experience from their end when I explained that I was not comfortable taking a taxi and could not afford to pay 500 euros for a transfer. I had an agent from Travelocity contact them to issue a refund, and the company refused to issue a refund.
Incredibly shady business practice.
