Horrible! Avoid online booking

点评：I recently visited Mana Spa in Coventry and unfortunately left very disappointed. When booking online, the pricing was unclear, and the amount shown/charged online did not match what I was later told at the spa.
After arriving at reception, I paid the remaining balance based on my online booking. I was then told that I needed to pay extra because the receptionist had made a mistake with the weekend pricing. I explained that the online booking information and charges were unclear, but rather than helping resolve the issue or taking my feedback on board, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.
I specifically suggested that they should look at improving the online booking portal so customers can clearly understand the prices before making a booking. Unfortunately, my feedback was not handled well.
Please be aware when booking and make sure you read all the small print and double-check the price, particularly for weekend bookings, as the price you expect to pay may not be the price you are later asked to pay.
