Rude staff and awful customer experience at Mana Spa Coventry.

点评：I have been visiting Mana Spa for around a year to use their spa services. During that time, there were one or two wonderful staff members who genuinely looked after customers. Unfortunately, those staff have since left, and my recent experiences with the current team have been very disappointing. The atmosphere has become cold and unwelcoming, and the staff I encountered were rude, creating an overall uncomfortable environment. During my most recent visit on Tuesday, 2nd December, I was treated particularly poorly. Despite having paid a deposit in advance, I was immediately asked to pay the remaining balance upon arrival. They then changed the therapist I had specifically booked with, claiming she was now working with another customer. When I requested a refund, they initially refused and responded with excuses, even laughing at my situation. Only after insisting for about an hour, did they agree to issue a full refund—on the condition that I would not be allowed to book with them again. I made it clear that I had no intention of returning, and I accepted the condition in order to receive my refund. If you are looking for spa treatments where you will be treated with sensitivity and care, I can no longer recommend Mana Spa based on my recent experience.
