Worst Experience with Andaman Holiday Planner because of Mrs Koyel Banerjee

点评：I have given one star to the Andaman Holiday Planner for just one lady named Koyel Banerjee. We have booked a family trip to Andaman through an agency. We have given full payment to the agency. Now before coming to Andaman, we saw in our itinerary that the land package was done in the name of Andaman Holiday Planner. So in order to cross-check, we had to call them and confirm whether they had received the money for our land package or not. It was told to us that they had received money and we did not need to spend a single money in Andaman. I just had to pay for lunch and dinner. Now we have reached Andaman and we had a fantastic trip. Special thanks to its owner, Mr. Yogi Tara, Ms. Stella and Mr. Sanjay. But now the question is, if I liked the hospitality of Andaman Holiday Planner, then why have I given it 1 star? It's just because of one stupid lady named Koyel Banerjee. The day we were about to leave for our home town, Mrs. Koyel Banerjee harassed us so much. She is demanding money from us because she says our agency has not paid her some balance amount. I told the lady that I had a flight. My small baby girl was crying because she was not well. Even though she is least concerned about the girl child, too. How cruel this Koyel Banerjee is, just see, guys. I told her I had given the full amount to the agency. You have booked the hotel in the name of the agency, not in my name. Moreover, before coming, I confirmed whether you received the money or not. You said everything was fine. Then why, at the time of leaving, have you created such havoc scene? Even the hotel staff were laughing at Koyel Banerjee because of her stupidity. According to them, they are saying she can't create problems for us, like blocking our journey because rooms were not booked in our name. It was booked in the name of the agency. Andaman is running well because of tourism and if you don't respect tourists only, how will it run well in the future? According to Koyel Banerjee, she is creating pressure on us so that we tell the agency to give her the balance amount. Is this our work? Did Andaman Holiday Planner ask our permission before doing business with this agency? Do we know how much money they have charged from the agency? In all these questions, the answer will be no. So it's my advice to the Andaman Holiday planner to dismiss this cruel lady, Koyel Banerjee. She is not fit for the tourism sector.
