ONE Club Gulf Shores的点评
点评：If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
Living at One Club has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve dealt with. There has been an ongoing cockroach problem that never feels fully addressed, which is unacceptable anywhere, let alone somewhere you’re paying to live.
The worst part was being left without a refrigerator for three weeks. During that time, all of my wife’s stored breast milk went bad. That’s not something you can just replace — it had a real impact on our family. The lack of urgency from management was honestly shocking.
On top of that, the steps leading up to our unit were allowed to deteriorate to the point of being unsafe, which created a legitimate safety hazard that should have been fixed immediately.
Another major disappointment is the overall condition of the property amenities. The golf course is in consistently poor condition, which reflects broader maintenance issues across the community. It often feels like upkeep is not a priority, and the property struggles to maintain consistent staffing needed to properly care for these amenities.
What’s frustrating is that this place is advertised as a “top” or “best” apartment complex, but that has not been our experience at all. Based on what we’ve dealt with, it really makes you question how accurate those reviews actually are.
Overall, this has been a pattern — poor maintenance, slow response times, and a lack of urgency when it comes to real problems that affect residents’ daily lives.
I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’re okay dealing with issues that should never happen in the first place.
