TOP RENT A CAR BULGARIA的点评
点评：Be very careful when picking up your car. Make sure you record a full video of both the interior and exterior before leaving the parking area. Unfortunately, this is a mistake we did not make, and it cost us extra money.
We returned the vehicle in excellent condition, clean and with a full fuel tank. Nevertheless, we were charged 60€ for “excessive interior cleaning” for a stain that we strongly believe already existed and was not fresh. Because we did not have our own video or photos from the pickup, the company relied only on their own records and charged us anyway.
This situation gave us the feeling that the lack of proper documentation was used against us, which is extremely disappointing for customers who act responsibly.
I strongly recommend that future customers protect themselves by recording the car inside and outside at pickup and return.
Transparency and fairness are essential in a rental company, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations
