点评：We had an exceptional visit to Clonakilty Distillery. The tour was informative, engaging, and genuinely fun—thanks in large part to our guide, **James**, who was fantastic. His knowledge of the distillation process, local history, and the craft behind their whiskey and gin really brought the entire experience to life. He struck the perfect balance between educational and entertaining, and you could tell he takes real pride in what the distillery is doing.
The tour itself was well-paced and thoughtfully laid out, giving us a great behind-the-scenes look at production. The tasting afterward was a highlight—every spirit we sampled was smooth, distinctive, and high-quality. We walked away with a few bottles and a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into each one.
If you're in Clonakilty (or anywhere nearby), this is absolutely worth your time. Highly recommended.
