Poor Communication to Taboga Island

点评：I booked a day pass to Taboga Island Panama on 2/14/26. The Island itself is gorgeous with a lot of history; however I have issue with the way this company operates. Prior to the trip, i had to ask repeatedly for confirmation. While communicating via WhatsApp the individual kept calling me by the wrong name, even after correcting them. They even sent me that person's confirmation information. I had to submit them a copy of my receipt before they sent me the correct information and never apologized for the mix up. Upon arrival to the marina, there we no signs indicating where to check in with the TAO Travel team. Fortunately my information was listed with Taboga Express. Upon checking in, we were told we would meet our guide once we got to the island. Our guide was kind and every knowledgeable about the island. He asked us what time we wanted to eat lunch (12:30pm), took our order, and told us he would return 5 minutes prior to the designated time. He did not return, nor were we informed that we would have to travel to a different location for lunch. We eventually got served over an hour later, thus cutting our time left on the beach, as the ferry departed at 4pm.
