Untours的点评
点评：Our experience with UnTours exceeded all expectations. The location and space of our apartment in Chelsea (Markham) was excellent. Having a lift in the building was crucial for us. The flat was lovely, well furnished and very bright. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom had good storage, and the kitchen well stocked. There was good water pressure and quick hot water.
The immediate neighborhood of Chelsea Green had charm and convenience of cafes and restaurants, two excellent bakeries and nearby grocery choices. Walking the neighborhood with the parks and homes was delightful. Two tube stops were less than a fifteen minute walk.
Our UnTours guide, Mandy, was friendly and very helpful and communication was outstanding. Providing the services of a guide and local contact was a major factor in our choice of UnTours. The provided transportation was another major factor in our choice. Transfer from and to Heathrow was great, with prompt and courteous drivers. The inclusion by Untours of an Oyster card was important to us, and made using the tube and busses in London very smooth, and helped us explore places which we may not have done otherwise.
We had a fabulous trip and UnTours made it that way from our first contact until the trip was completed.
