点评：Poor house plant selection. I’ve been going to this garden centre for years, it used to have a large selection of rare and unusual house plants which took up most of the entrance. It used to be good in a good competition with Beetham nursery’s 20 minutes down the road. This year they have downsized to a small corner of the room, I have been once a month since March in hopes they have some new varieties of house plants but leave empty handed and disappointed each time, I have asked members of staff if they have certain plants and neither of them have much knowledge of house plants (low light/ indirect light or care needs) Today I visited again, they had the same plants as they did in June and July and they all looked worse for wear. It seems they have focused entirely on the home department and cafe rather than the plants. If you are looking for house plants I’d travel a little further up the road to Beetham.
