The best all inclusive hotel for anyone with food allergies

I’m currently staying at Hotel Corallium Dunamar in Playa del Inglés with my husband, and I felt compelled to share just how incredible our experience is.
As someone with coeliac disease and severe reactions to gluten (as well as certain oily fish), travelling can often be stressful when it comes to food. However, from the moment we arrived, the hotel staff have gone above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
A very special thank you to Chef Alberto and Raúl, who have been absolutely outstanding. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and kindness have made such a difference to our stay. Today, on my birthday, they created the most beautiful, traditional paella for my husband and I. We enjoyed it overlooking the beach, it was not only delicious but also a truly memorable and lovely experience. Without a doubt, one of my best birthday’s yet.
The hotel itself is spotless, the pools are stunning, and every member of staff we’ve encountered has been warm, polite, and welcoming. Nothing has been too much trouble.
If you have food allergies or coeliac disease, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is hands down the best all-inclusive we have ever stayed at.
