点评：I rented a bike from Mallorca Cycling Center and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
I booked a Cervélo S5 in a specific size and received confirmation. Later, I was sent a replacement bike without any proper explanation — I had to chase the shop myself to understand what was happening.
I paid a €50 deposit in advance (plus a 3% Stripe fee), yet when I arrived, they claimed they hadn’t received the payment due to a booking number issue and implied it might be my fault. That’s simply unprofessional.
At pickup, I had to wait around 30 minutes just to try the replacement bike — which didn’t even fit my size. This shows a clear lack of preparation and customer care.
The bike I finally received was acceptable in dry conditions, but in the wet, the disc brakes performed poorly and were extremely loud — not what you expect from a professional rental service.
Overall, the entire process felt disorganized, poorly communicated, and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend renting here unless they significantly improve their service and handling of bookings.
