点评：We had the absolute pleasure of touring the Constantia wine region (near Cape Town) with Katie Barratt, aka the “Wine Fairy,” and it was nothing short of spectacular. In fact, this was our second tour with Katie — and every moment was worth it.
Katie’s attention to detail is second to none. She curated a selection of wineries that offered both quality and character, weaving in stories, history, grape varietals, and terroir in a way that made each stop come alive. Her knowledge is deep, but what truly makes the tour exceptional is her personality, patience, and wicked sense of humor — she never hesitated to answer our many questions, and always did so with warmth and charm.
