From the moment we booked, her communication was outstanding. She provided clear directions, answered every question promptly, and made the entire experience effortless. Once we arrived, she made us feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at ease.
Ms. Wendy is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable tour guides we’ve ever had. She didn’t just point out wildlife, she explained everything in a way that was fascinating for both adults and kids and her genuine excitement for the sights and experiences was extraordinary. My children asked endless questions about snakes, alligators, birds, and the local ecosystem, and she answered every single one with patience, enthusiasm, and an incredible depth of knowledge. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that passion makes the entire tour unforgettable.
Beyond being incredibly informative, she was warm, personable, and exceptionally hospitable. We always felt safe, well cared for, and confident that we were in great hands.
