点评:What a joke! When you make reservations it's through a 3rd party, so when you get there even with a reservation your request isn't accomadated. We took our 2 young boys last week and we asked for the 3rd floor waited 45 mins to be told EVERYONE on the 3rd floor extended their time so we could only have a spot on the 2nd floor for an hour and a half. The boys wanted to come back this Sunday and do the 3rd floor. They suggested reservations for this week, so we made them. They are too busy to accomadate. Once again we had Danielle who has zero customer service skills. We asked for a refund but there was no manager on duty. So Craig the manager will call you. That was definitely not working for us and when a new person came out he was able to get us a manger. The manager stated it.would be 5 days to get a refund.
So as $40 for a family is a great price, how you are treated is disgusting! I would never return to this Myrtle Beach location.
