点评：We love UrbanAir. We visit almost weekly since our littles have a pass-which financially is the way to go! The music loud annd can be overwhelming but headphones CANT be used while jumping/climbing. “UrbanAir cafe” has good options and has great pizza-way better than the other kids pizza place! Recently they have been doing repairs to the netting and trampoline mats-but the basketball lane remains closed. I feel like the employees have a lot of down time and definitely need to utilize that time DEEP cleaning and dusting. Ballpit and ninja course are faves-needs improvement in the cleaning routine-balls were added but the old dirty ones were left and not cleaned. Urbanair socks need to be upgraded to better quality since you can only use their socks. With a younger staff, some are more vocal when older kids are breaking the rules. Defiantly getting better but needs more cleaning.
