点评：Fantastic time watching the glass masters and touring the show room. We selected a beautiful bowl and got a photograph with the Master. But our experience was tarnished by us not being offered or receiving the necessary paperwork for our tax refund when we leave the country. So please ask for the special form and QR code or you will be out of pocket with the VAT. It’s no longer just the receipt and show of goods at the airport. This vendor paperwork is a requirement. According to an email from their Customer Service, Vetreria Venier rely on you to ask and do not offer it at check out like other retailers. I don’t even think our salesperson was knowledgeable about this tax requirement either. Very disappointed. ☹️. I passed along my feedback to the factory to improve their service. Nothing could be done in post. Learning for all.
