点评：I had a terrible experience with iPic and will never return. I spent around $40 on tickets and $150 on food for a night out with my son, only to be hit later with an $87 parking charge from a third-party company they allow to operate their garage.
I paid for parking through ParkMobile like I always do and even submitted proof. It didn’t matter. They still denied my dispute with a vague excuse that I “used the wrong facility,” and are now demanding $25 or the full $87 comes back.
So even when you do everything right and show proof, they still charge you.
This feels like a scam targeting customers after they’ve already spent money inside. iPic should be ashamed for allowing this kind of predatory behavior on their property. Zero accountability, zero customer care.
Avoid this place unless you want to risk getting hit with bogus fees after your visit.
