点评：Visited last night with a family of 5. Bowling was great, and no issues there- really enjoyed this.
We were planning to eat and then move on to play the interactive darts. Ordered our food to be told they had no pizza- fair enough but a little disappointing as this is a huge part of their menu. Reordered 5 different meals. 3 were brought out, then the waitress came to tell us that the 2 meals of Mac and cheese were unavailable due to them being frozen?! So we had 3 people with a meal ( one of which was a cheeseburger, that came without cheese and had cold chips!), and 2 people now without. If we had been told this at the time of ordering, we would all have left to have eaten together but now were left with no choice but to try to order another 2 meals. Tried again to order loaded hash browns, for ten minutes later to be told that they had now ran out of them!
The waitress came over and told us her manager would come to sort it. He basically said sorry for there being no hash browns but everything else on the menu is available- except for any pizza or the frozen mac and cheese of course! Bearing in mind there is a limited menu and one of our party is vegetarian, there was very little left to actually try to order. The manager could not have cared less, said we could have a refund for the Mac and cheese but that was it.
It’s understandable to run out of certain options on the menu, however to have ordered 3 times and still have no food for 2 of the party- why not tell us at the time of ordering? And why serve 3 meals knowing that as a family of 5, 2 people were not able to eat?!
Such a shame as we left to find an alternative, when we had planned to spend the remainder of the evening there.

这时女服务员走过来，说她的经理会来处理此事。他 basically 为没有薯饼这一点道了歉，不过菜单上的其他菜品都还有供应——当然，披萨和冷冻通心粉奶酪除外！考虑到菜单上的选择本就有限，而我们一行人中还有一位素食者，实际上能点的东西就所剩无几了。那位经理则漠不关心，只说我们可以为通心粉奶酪申请退款，仅此而已。
菜单上的某些菜品售罄也是可以理解的。我们点了三次餐，但有三个人仍然没拿到食物——为什么下单时就不告诉我们呢？而且明明我们是一家人五口人，却只准备了三份餐食，这又是什么道理呢？！真是可惜，原本我们打算在那里度过整个晚上，结果却只能离开另寻他处。
